I don’t often write reviews but I had to tell you how impressed I am with the digitizing of the GMC logo that I purchased. You did a thoroughly perfect result- not often found in consumer embroidery designs. Every stitch was in the right place, the base was built properly and stitch-out was well planned in the design process. Thank you for a truly professional design. I tried to digitize this logo myself and gave up. In the picture, I added the lettering below. You guys rock!

Digitizes Conversion to DST – Excellent!

I am new to this and was told to have a file converted to DST for my old military unit crest. I wanted it perfect to reality and how the embroidery shop requested. Emblanka was awesome in support, production and delivery. I will come back for more work!

Their work is outstanding and files arrive promptly as advertised.
When I have made a mistake with a jpeg they are happy to correct for me.

I sent through a logo i needed well what can i say emailed it off service amazing and quick and my job was done all i had was a picture and i don’t think even a good one but my logo is amazing i am so happy theses guys are the best if you want a good job done open an account they also have great embroidery on there web site but if its not what you are after send a picture i am sure they can help or send an email to them are fast with a reply over night time thing i think but i am so happy thank you all heaps LOVE YOUR WORK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the design and when stitched out I saw there was a fault in it. I contacted the site and even with the time difference from my country to them I received a reply with in hours. Asked to send photo and detailed description of problem and corrected file sent with in hours. All in all problem wouldn’t have been 12 hours from start to finish.

My item description did not list any specifications as far as size. Most designs you purchase come with multiple sizings. Since this is not the case it should be listed in a description prior to purchase. It ended up not being the size I needed. However, I did contact them about a size change and received the size I needed at no extra charge within 48 hours.
