Bad customer service i send an email and absolutly no answer . I lost 6$ because the files they send me cannot be download . Don’t order from them

Emb Lanka is the designer I bought this design from. The purchase I made was for the C8 Corvette logo and the word. The word ‘Corvette’ in the original is 5.5″ wide. I sent Emb Lanka an email and requested 8″ and 10″. In less than 2 hours, they emailed the designs back, No Charge! Great Company.
The 5″ design stitched out beautifully, smooth and satiny. Great value for 6 sizes.
