Problem with design

I had bought a design and when I did a test run part of the design I wasn’t happy with the stitch out. First thought it was my thread so changed it 3 times even did a clean in the bobbin area in case the problem was at my end. When there was no improvement I contacted Emblanka as I have bought from them before no problem. They replied very quickly and asked for a picture of the stitch out. Never once did they suggest the problem was at my end. They sent a corrected design within a couple of days which being the weekend was very fast I feel. the corrected design stitched out perfect and was placed in my account instead of the first one. Excellent service.
