Super fast customer service!!

I bought some logo files from Emblanka, everything was perfect. I subsequently discovered that one of the logos was a little too large to fit where I wanted to have it embroidered, so I contacted them about resizing it (a service they offer for free on any design) and offered to pay for the that logo again. In less than 12 hours they had done the work, and didn’t want any money for it! Simply fantastic customer service, it doesn’t get any better than that!
